Dose

Drink the tonic twice a day
Should be taken after meals
Children may have 2.5-5ml of the tonic a day
Adults may have 10-20ml of the tonic a day
Senior citizens may have 5-10ml of the tonic a day
Mix with 100-200ml of water before drinking the tonic
