Appalam together, will make a good accomplishment to the meal. To retain its

aroma, Paruppu Podi is made fresh, only after getting the order and its shelf

life is 3 months from the date of packing

How to Use:

Add a generous measure of the Paruppu Podi to Hot Steaming Rice along with Ghee or Gingelly oil for a tasty meal. Goes well with fried Appalam as an accomplishment
Can also be used as a Chutney when Podi is mixed with Ghee or Gingelly oil. Tastes delicious with Idly, Dosa and other variants.
